Afloramiento rocoso constituido por tres peñones apuntando al mar en el litoral de Almuñécar, este mirador natural constituye un hito geográfico emblemático de la costa occidental granadina. El ámbito del espacio se corresponde con la superficie emergida de los tres peñones, además de las dos pequeñas franjas de agua existentes entre ellos.
